 A wholefood plant-based blend that is completely bioavailable. We carefully selected and prepared certified organic : Fennel Seed, Blessed Thistle, Marshmallow Root, Red Raspberry Leaf, Barley Grass, Wheat Grass. Wildcrafted: Nettle Root. Our herbs have been dried at low temperatures to ensure the integrity of their medicinal and nutritional properties. May be taken with our Iron Blend+.

Directions: for general use take ¼ tsp (1000mg or 2 capsules) two to three times per day, with food, or as directed. Not to be taken while pregnant, take only when breastfeeding.

Important Note: low milk supply can be linked to low iron levels, stress, am overwhelmed lymphatic system, and/or a lack of sleep. Please focus on your iron levels and nutrient intake, sleep and de-stress when you can, as well as take galactogogue herbs (herbs that increase milk supply), and eat milk-increasing foods.
