Directions: For everyday use, take 100mg (just less than 1/16th tsp) to 200mg (just less than 1/8th tsp) in the a.m, or as directed. May be added to a smoothie or a shot of cold-pressed juice. Best taken just before food. Children may take 25mg to 50mg daily.

As I stopped using plant fed reshi and wanted give a try to super feast brand mushroom, when I used the super feast product it started giving me body aches and weird pains and allergies, straight away I stooped the product and used plant fed reshi powder with in 2 days my symptoms disappeared and back to normal again.
